This property enjoys a stunning waterfront location, practically on the two-mile wide sandy beach at Westward Ho! The beach offers a wonderful place to relax, or alternatively to be more active and take a fun surfing lesson at the beachside surf academy. For those wishing to escape the midday sun and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, the beach is backed by dunes and salt marshes of Northam Burrows Country Park, a haven for marine wildlife. There are plenty of interesting places to visit within a short drive of the town, including the harbour town of Bideford and the fishing village of Appledore.

Contemporary ground-floor apartment provides stylish accommodation for two, with stunning sea views which can be enjoyed from the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This space is flooded with light, thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows which dominate the room. The comfortable sofa is arranged so that guests are able to enjoy both the sea views and the TV and hi-fi, making this a wonderful place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Behind the lounge area, there is a small dining area and the kitchen area offers an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The property has one bedroom, a spacious double room with a pretty dressing table and handy full-length mirror. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is a patio area to the front of the property, with garden furniture, allowing guests to sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.

We would highly recommend this property. Location is amazing, surrounded by bars and restaurants and with the main road just outside but surprisingly quiet, we were never disturbed. The view from the front of the property is spectacular, one evening in particular when we were treated to a wonderful sunset. We really enjoyed our stay, the appartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen that had everything that you would need. The bathroom was lovely, clean and modern and the bedroom was spacious with quality linen. Everywhere was very clean and great location in the centre of Westward ho! good value for money - I would book again.

This property does not have WIFI. The furniture is different to that shown in the pictures, the red sofa is not there and there is a small leather sofa and a leather chair instead. The property was not clean and could do with some modernization. We had issues with very loud noise from the nearby bars on the final night and had to leave early. Nice apartment. Excellent view of the sea. very clean and comfortable. One point - No Wifi, that was disappointing. We would go again, hopefully they fit the Wifi.

It is ideally situated for the beach with all amenities close by. It is also great for people and dog watching.

Super little property with the most amazing view, right on the prom. Lovely to watch the sunsets. Being a small town/village it was pretty quiet even in the evening. Good value, everything 1-2 people could need. Great to have secure car parking included too. Would def stay again.

Position was good but bathroom let it down also no WiFi which than TV basic towels and linen needs replacing also dishwasher would have been good if not let customers know you have to supply own cloths and washing up liquid shower head was left you feeling don't have one because hardly any water comes out .

Heating system poor, to hot in bathroom and hall, none existent in lounge/kitchen. Borrowed oil heater from our son at number 3. A lot of light through blinds in bedroom needs curtains.

Spacious apartment occupying a prime sea front location which treated us to beautiful sunsets every evening. Westward Ho is not a typical seaside town and is spared most of the usual tacky nonsense. The beach is perfect for water sports enthusiasts and safer than most due to the shallow gradient of the beach. Good apartment and great location. Even though it was on the main road it wasnt noisy and within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants.
