If you wanted to venture further, there’s much to discover: Combe Martin (6 miles), home to an animatronic dinosaur and wildlife park; Barnstaple (12 miles) where you can enjoy a spot of shopping, and the beautiful surf beaches of Woolacombe (8 miles), Croyde (11 miles) and Saunton (12 miles).
