This beautifully presented property in the popular resort of Westward Ho! offers the opportunity to holiday in style on the North Devon coast. A few hundred metres away is the golden, sandy beach of Westward Ho! - the ideal place to soak up the sun, swim in the sea or surf the waves. At the end of a busy day, relax on the balcony, breathe in the fresh sea air and admire the far-reaching views or, on those colder evenings, snuggle up in front of the wood burner.

Tastefully decorated throughout, its contemporary style of clean lines, fresh tones and carefully-selected soft furnishings create a restful atmosphere, allowing you to unwind. Its reverse-level layout makes the most of the views. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms and the three bathrooms. Both king-size rooms have French doors on to the garden area, consisting of lawn and patio. Upstairs, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner feels light and spacious with its vaulted ceiling and stylish furniture. The wood burner in the middle of the room is perfect for those colder evenings. Opening the bi-fold doors on to the balcony means you can enjoy the superb views as you eat and drink.

Westward Ho! has plenty to offer, but if you want to venture further afield, North Devon has lots to see and do. Walk the South West Coast Path and discover hidden coves along the rugged coastline. Visit the historic, market town of Bideford (3 miles) with its range of shops and eateries. Hire a bike and cycle along the Tarka Trail from Bideford to Instow. And for families, the award-winning attractions The BIG Sheep and The Milky Way are both within 9 miles.

A good location for golfers as right on the doorstep of RND. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is v good for groups of friends.

Very comfortable and equipped modern holiday home. Excellent open plan living and eating lay out and useful storage in garden cabin. Well positioned for walks on the Burrows or Beach and for any golfers a very short walk to Royal North Devon golf club.

The owners have provided an excellent modern house with plenty of space and extremely well equipped, both internally and externally (garden and beach equipment). It is tastefully furnished in keeping with the seaside feel to the house. The management team were extremely helpful.
