Just a short stroll away you will find the popular seaside town of Westward Ho! and its many amenities, including independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Golfing enthusiasts can walk to the Royal North Devon Golf Club, or on a calm day, pop to the market town of Bideford and you could take a boat trip to the peaceful island of Lundy, which lies just miles off the coast and is home to large colonies of puffins and seals.

This property has been arranged with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the views from the lounge/kitchen/diner. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a super- king-size which can be presented as a twin room if requested at the time of booking, one king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC, and bunk bedroom. Also, on this floor is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs the impressive and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner has been designed to provide everything you need. Prepare your meals in the contemporary kitchen area that features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machiner.
