There are large gardens to explore with additional shared seating areas, an outdoor kitchen (with a wood fired BBQ and pizza oven), a croquet lawn, petanque court and an ornamental greenhouse from which you can observe a large variety of woodland birds feeding throughout the day.  The games barn (with home cinema) has a wood burning stove for cooler days and bi-fold doors which can be fully opened in good weather. Enjoy listening to music on the sound system whilst playing pool, table tennis, darts, table football and traditional pub games with competition standard equipment. Or relax watching your favourite film online or choose a DVD from our extensive collection. As guests you will be welcome to visit the resident alpacas whenever you like. Primrose Cottage was an absolute delight. Beautifully remote and yet plenty to do on and around the farm. Peaceful which was just what we needed. Incredibly dog-friendly, not just dog-tolerant like some places we have taken our dog. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

A bit too dark and damp for us. Definitely not suitable for 4 adults as the kitchen and lounge are very small and cramped. There is no dishwasher or a coffee machine and not equipped well enough to cook in the cottage. The advertised games room is dark, cold and musty so we didnt use it.
