Beautifully furnished property located in the heart of the surfing village of Croyde, with beach on your doorstep this is the ultimate family retreat.

Perfectly positioned for beach lovers, this immaculate property in the heart of Croyde offers a luxurious escape to the coast. Contemporary and stylish, the Priory Stables provides space and comfort both inside and out. Enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony to the sound of the wheeling seagulls or a leisurely meal in the garden as the sun dips down after a day on the beach.

Priory Stables is no humble beachside dwelling. The largely monochrome colour scheme creates an air of cool sophistication, warmed by the rich red of the comfortable leather sofas and the natural wooden flooring. A nod to Croyde's popularity as a surfing destination is evident in the tastefully selected wall art. The reverse-level design of the property ensures guests can fully appreciate the views from the upstairs living area and stylish kitchen. Throw open the balcony doors on a warm day or head out to the secluded patio garden downstairs with a bottle of something chilled and a family barbecue in the evening sun.

Grab your towels and take the short stroll down to the golden sweep of sand at Croyde Bay and make sure to stop off at the famous Croyde ice cream parlour on the way back. Alternatively, for a day away from the beach, take the scenic drive to pretty Ilfracombe. Walk around the picturesque quayside, visit the aquarium or take a boat trip to spot porpoises, seals and dolphins. Walkers will appreciate the proximity to the spectacular South West Coast Path, perfect for blowing away the cobwebs.

Very comfortable, very good location for beaches etc. Very good eating places and local shop / PO nearby. Excellent living room / dining room and balcony. Beds very comfortable. A few repairs eg to bathroom locks and sink plugs were needed but overall very good. We had an excellent week.

Croyde is a perfect location for swimming and water sports, and has wonderful walking with the south west coastal path. We really enjoyed staying at Priory Stables which was comfortable and clean and close to both village amenities and the beach, with lovely footpaths in easy reach.

The living space in this house is beautiful and really comfortable for a large family group. It is right in the centre of Croyde, which was great for going to the village and only a short drive to 3 lovely beaches. We went to Putsborough mostly as dogs aren't allowed on Croyde beach and it's much less busy in August than Croyde! Lots of lovely walkRead mores from the house. The outside space is lovely but does need a side gate to make it secure. The housekeeper was really helpful and friendly. Hide

Lovely house and location, but back garden was not totally secure for our dog which didnt make it as relaxing as it could have been. This was a great house to stay for a larger family with lots of walks and long stretches of beaches to go to.

Cottage is in a great location. Our family of 5 enjoyed a great week here. Plenty of space for us all. Beds very comfy. Everything is looking very tired and is ready for an overhaul.

Comfortable house with a quality feel to it. Good central location for Croyde village with parking for 4 cars at a squeeze. We liked the balcony and outside shower. Good size family living. Furnishings not as high quality as photos but still good.
