Nice easy walk to the center of Appledore. Steep steps to the seating area, fine for us and a beautiful place to sit for breakfast etc. Forgot to set off the dishwasher... Sorry.

Cottage is situated in a quiet road just 5 mins walk from the shops, restaurants and sea front of Appedore so is an excellent situation. The cottage itself is cosy and comfortable and boasts a lovely sun terrace overlooking the gorgeous estuary perfect for a early morning breakfast or a glass of something chilled in the evening. lovely little cottage, really well placed for all the pubs, fish & chip shops and the water. 8 mins drive to instow & 5 mins to the burrows which has a stunning beach & horses roaming. Well stocked kitchen, even the knives had been sharpened and had everything we needed to cook. Immaculately clean, be warned though the stairs really are steep to thRead moree top deck but worth the view. The was a little Bbq for us which we enjoyed too. Next door are renovating the house, they were quite noisy most days. Hide

Lovely, comfortable cottage in a great location. Everything there that we needed for our stay. Very helpful owner, good quick communication. Our visit was in a wet February half term, would love to come back in the summer.

Quayside View is a lovely cosy cottage, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The decked area at the back was wonderful for looking at the view and catching the sun. Although there is no parking, we had no trouble unloading outside and finding a place to park on the side roads.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well equipped. Good location, but the only problem was parking. Good that you could park outside from 6pm - 8am, but you then you had to go and find another parking place. Also the steps at the back of the cottage are very steep and vary in size so not good for someone who is not agile. Other than that it was grRead moreeat and the owners of the property were very helpful and accommodating. Hide
