Situated in the pretty village of Parkham you are just a short drive from all the delights North Devon has to offer. Bideford, with its traditional pannier market, independent shops, and range of well-regarded eateries, is a great place to enjoy a slice of authentic Devonshire life and is a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. The two-mile wide beach at Westward Ho! is just three miles away, as is the pretty village beach at Instow. A ferry runs from Instow, taking passengers across the estuary to the neighbouring fishing village of Appledore, where visitors will find several bistros and a pretty quay where they can watch the fishermen return with the day’s catch.

Step into the welcoming hallway with plenty of space to hang coats and store shoes and a large skylight flooding the room with light, just off the hallway is a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading into the large light and airy lounge, with comfy sofas, a wood burner and a Smart TV with basic Sky package, this is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring and catch up on your favourite TV programmes. The kitchen/diner is an ideal space to entertain with a dining table to seat everyone and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Head further into the property where you will find the four bedrooms. First is the master king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, next is a bright double with views out over the garden, another double with views out to the front of the property and finally a small double with views out over the garden. Completing the accommodation is the large family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside to the front of the property is a large sloped driveway with ample parking, the large garden encircles the property offering a mix of level lawns and patio areas, with garden furniture and benches there is plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the summer sun, or why not relax in your own private hot tub with a glass of wine or dine alfresco in the state of the art BBQ hut. There is a garage which has been converted into a games room with a dart board and pool table, perfect for the younger guests
