With a comfortable sofa, armchair and dining table, this area lends itself perfectly to relaxing and catching up. Adjacent is the kitchen, with its compact design providing everything you could need for your stay, including an oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer. Heading back to the hallway you will find the apartment’s bathroom and two bedrooms, including a stylish, uncluttered double bedroom with en-suite and a single bedroom.

With the advantage of one off-road allocated parking space, you can explore nearby on foot or head further afield by car. Teignmouth itself is home to beaches, a grand pier, shops, boutiques and eateries. Catch the ferry from Teignmouth and visit nearby Shaldon, home to a pretty fishing harbour and zoo. Elsewhere Torquay is 9 miles away and the city of Exeter is 15 miles away, providing an abundance of activities and attractions. If you go to Exeter, make sure you visit its beautiful Cathedral.

This was one of the most comfortable holiday properties we have stayed in. There was a small problem with the boiler but Sarah was really helpful in getting it sorted straight away.

Small yet still comfortably sized flat tucked away from any noise. Very clean, modern decor, a real home from home. Only moments by car from Teignmouth sea front, albeit down narrow residential roads. Own off-street parking is a huge benefit. The dog seemed to feel right at home too. For owners of dogs who insist on doing their business on grass, BRead moreitton park is a couple of minutes walk down the road. Internet access is also provided, not mentioned in the listing. Hide
