A comfortable, homely cottage, so close to the beach. Our five month old puppy was very happy, - using a dining chair as a stair gate worked well. Parking nearby is always going to be tricky, but that applies to all of Instow. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

A fabulous location, very close to the beach, lovely pubs a short stroll away and a great Deli. An excellent venue for walking your dog on the nearby beach. Lack of car parking is a problem for a family.

Perfect cottage, cosy, well equipped. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to beach. Spent the week with my husband and daughter. Parking could be an issue during high season. Local bars and restaurants in walking distance, good affordable food. Would definitely return.

Great, cosy cottage. Fantastic location and everything we needed. Parking could be an issue in the height of the summer, but in September we were fine as we could park on the roads near the beach. Thank you for a great stay!
