Also nearby, the pretty town of Bideford boasts an array of independent shops and from here you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Dining is kept beautifully informal by the lovely window seats which make up part of the seating, with a door to the patio area, meaning you can enjoy meals alfresco with ease in warm weather. The gorgeous bedrooms make up the rest of the accommodation and these have also been lovingly decorated and styled to create a contemporary yet in-keeping aesthetic. Firstly, there is a spacious king-size bedroom with a smart TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and a WC, and the second room is king-size zip and link bed (can be made into twin beds on request) with an en-suite shower room with WC. Located outside and to the front of the property there is a private enclosed terrace with seating and sea views, here you can relax in the sun or dine outside without having to venture further than the front door. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided and accessed via steps down from the entrance to the apartment.

Lovely property the most well equipped we have been to in Westward Ho! and we have been coming for over 30 years. The beds were very comfortable, the Living room/kitchen area very spacious amazing views of our favourite beach and ample parking

Fantastic holiday home in perfect location with great access to the beach and local amenities. The apartment is stylishly decorated and very comfortable, with high speed WiFi. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

What a lovely place to stay. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Even Max, our dog, was very impressed with the cosy bed and the dog treats. I very well appointed apartment, which as been tastefully furnished to a very good standard. The location is excellent with stunning views out to sea, and the estuary. Off street parking is a real plus in this area.

I have just returned from a week at sea vista and wow what a little gem it was. Firstly the location is just perfect. A ten minute walk into Westward Ho and the beach. Wonderful location just 14 minutes walk from the action end of Westward Ho! Such a wonderful view across the burrowto the sea - be sure to take binoculars. We had a great stay at SeaVista, beautifully decorated with quality comfortable furniture. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Best of all was the great views across Westward ho! from the spacious balcony. Would recommend, and hope to make a return visit.

Lovely apartment, very tastefully decorated with all mod cons. It is a walk downhill about 15 minutes to town and a 20 minute uphill walk back, but compensated with great views of the sea . We would love to stay again when we next visit Westward Ho!

We absolutely loved our holiday apartment was wonderful approximately 12mins walk to the centre .. the views are amazing a very good looking property. It had a real luxurious feel didnt want to leave! On the beach in about 8 mins .. gorgeous sun terrace sat there glass of rose .. can strongly recommend Theresa and Sean and the dog Cassie
