The sandy stretches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are just around the corner. After a day in the surf head to nearby Ilfracombe to dine in the quayside restaurants or browse the independent shops. Not only is this area a surfer’s paradise, but it also offers spectacular walks and cycle routes along the famous South West Coast Path, Tarka Trail and through Exmoor National Park. During your stay, the other local attractions of Watermouth Castle, Lynton Cliff Railway and National Trust Arlington Court are all well-worth a visit.

This apartment is on located on the second floor and is accessed via two flights of external steps. Upon entering you will walk into the spacious Lounge/kitchen/diner with Sky TV (basic package), DVD and bi-folding doors to balcony where you can relax on the garden furniture and enjoy the stunning sea views. Why not cook up a storm in the Kitchen? With electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher. The separate WC also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leaving the open plan lining area you will find three bedrooms. 1 king-size enjoying stunning views and en-suite shower and WC. Another 1 king-size room has en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with small bath, shower and WC, and there is a further bunk bedroom (only suitable for children) with TV, also with access to Jack and Jill bathroom.

Outside you will find an enclosed balcony with seating enjoying beautiful sea views. To the rear of the apartment is a further enclosed garden area where the hot tub is situated and sea view glimpses.

We stayed for a short break over the Easter bank holiday weekend and couldnt have been happier. Great location, immaculately clean and lacking in nothing. A high standard of accomodation and highly recommended.

My Granchildren aged 2, 10, 14 and 17 were thrilled with my choice.. Stunning location and with the heatwave, we spent a lot of time in the apartment enjoying the views and gentle breeze. 10 year old is horse mad, so perfect to watch the horse she rode on the first day in the field opposite for the rest of the holiday.. mini bath great for 2 year oRead moreld who doesn't like showers. I invested in a beach trolley for the walk to the beach and back. Nobody wanted to come home and no more caravans! Hide

A fantastic property, this was our second stay and will book a third next year. Lovely location, great views from the balcony. Very comfortable, like the privacy of the hot tub at the rear.
