Take in the charm of this delightful conversion, with the entrance being the perfect place to leave your walking boots behind. Following on through the property into the stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, beautifully furnished by the owner allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and benefits from a Smart TV, so you can watch your favourite TV programme or sit back relax in the comfortable sofas and enjoy a good catch up with friends. In the well-equipped kitchen area, with your fresh ingredients in hand, you can cook your evening supper. This kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, a truly great space for budding cooks. After a long day of exploring, head across the hall where you will find two charming bedrooms, which offer a double with Smart TV and a twin. The cottage really is excellent, the attention to detail is second to none everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay has been thought of. Spring Meadows is an absolutely immaculate cottage. The kitchen is fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms spacious and the beds so very comfortable. The bathroom was so very clean plenty of hot water and the shower was brilliant. Outside the patio is a sun trap with a table and chairs. Although the weather could have been more friendly, my wife and I had a fantastic stay at Spring Meadow. It was very, very, very clean and spacious, especially the family room, with every appliance of excellent quality and practically new. Sue, the owner, was lovely and lived on site which was very reassuring but not necessary. We had a fantastic stay at Spring Meadow. The biscuits and milk on arrival were well received and the information booklet was thorough. The place was absolutely spotless! I couldnt believe how high spec everything was. Sue checked on me once to make sure everything was great - was nice to know she was there if I needed her! Lovely cottage- quiet location - superbly appointed and well proportioned rooms. Spotlessly clean and a great night's sleep in comfy beds. Well enclosed garden area. One of the best holiday accommodations we've stayed in, we'd defiantly return.

A lovely property. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen is a really good size room. There's a full size fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and looks brand new. The location is really good. Food shops- a Co-op 3 mins away & big Tesco in Crediton (20 mins). Family activities- all within 30 mins- Okehampton castle (ruin with a Read morelovely circular walk), Fingle Bridge Inn, Chagford swimming pool, Devon railway centre, Exeter museum (RAMM), soft play (Waie2play & Planet play). The cottage is great, everything is clean and new with all modern amenities in the kitchen. When we arrived the cottage looked just like the pictures as it's that clean and tidy. The patio is great for finishing the night off under the stars. The location works well if you want access to both the north and south Devon coasts as well as Dartmoor natRead moreional park. A lovely spot to explore Dartmoor, Exeter and not too far to hop over to the Cornish coastline. Friendly owners & a kind welcome pack. The bungalow was clean, well equipped and very spacious. Only a small part of outside is private and not overlooked.

Spring Meadow is a lovely holiday cottage, spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a home from home holiday The property is centrally positioned to visit either coast and an easy distant to the wonderful gardens of Rosemoor. A well presented and equipped property, perfect for a couple wishing a little escape and quiet. The whole area is relaxed and the owners did not interfere at all. All the information required was available and easily accessible. Cleanliness standards were extremely high, which made the wife very happy, comfortable seating and the provision of a larRead morege kitchen table is always a must. We stayed for a week, it was very clean and comfortable ,well equipped, lovely bathroom, with shower and bath ,Very quiet and relaxing. All that you need is there, We will be go back there again, Very friendly owners and has a very good car parking area.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. The owner had thought of everything that a guest may need during their stay. Even to the extent of providing a welcome gift of milk & biscuits. The location was idyllic. Very peaceful. It was perfectly situated near to Dartmoor as well as the North anRead mored South Devon coasts. Speaking as a disabled person, I found the property extremely accessible. Immaculately clean and comfortable with everything you need. The kitchen was really well provided for with plenty of crockery and utensils. The shower was fantastic! The property is immaculately presented and contains every convenience. Very effective under floor heating and ample hot water make for a very comfortable holiday. The owners are very kind and helpful and living on site are available should it be necessary. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone wishing to explore this part of Devon.

Great property to unwind. Very modern and clean. You do have to drive from the property for days out but lots to do near by. Only a short drive to the Moors. A lovely property. Very peaceful at nighttime. Lovely to hear the owls in the distance. We would definitely return
