Ilfracombe is a busy place, all year round. In summer it bustles with families making for the beach and in winter it has an undiscovered quaint, quiet charm about it. Located within the historic Quayside area which has a wealth of varied restaurants, bars, galleries and shops to sample and wander around. For walkers, you can enjoy the South West Coast Path which can be accessed right outside your front door and enjoy the stunning views from the high cliffs in this part of Devon. There are also plenty of sporting activities close by including the Tarka Cycle Trail, a choice of five local golf courses, as well as fishing, riding and walking. Here you are perfectly placed to explore the whole of Devon and parts of Somerset too.

Enter through a communal entrance and take the internal staircase to the third-floor apartment door. Step inside via the impressive light and airy stairwell and into the beautifully presented open-plan lounge/diner.
