You are also in an ideal spot to explore the whole of Devon, with access to both the north and south coastlines, as well as the spectacular landscape of Exmoor National Park (9 miles).

Relax in the lounge area after a busy day - sit on the reclining sofa and literally put your feet up to watch your favourite programme on TV or a DVD. If you decide to stay in and cook, the kitchen is well-equipped for keen chefs to whip up anything from a three-course meal to a quick lunchtime snack. At the end of the day, head through to the attractive and welcoming double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a shared suntrap courtyard and a private fenced garden area with patio overlooking the fields: an ideal spot to sit and relax or enjoy a BBQ.

Exmoor attractions worth a visit include Wimbleball Lake (17 miles) and Exmoor Zoo (22 miles). Cosy cottage in a lovely situation. The owners had thought of everything and were very friendly. The highlight of our stay was visiting their piglets.
