Leave the car behind and catch the ferry just half a mile from the property to visit Plymouth’s myriad of shops and restaurants.

This contemporary property is furnished with cool seaside tones, with light wooden floorboards and nautical touches dotted throughout. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double with a balcony overlooking the water and a single with sea views as well as a shower/WC. On the next level, a king-size bedroom and an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over bath/WC sits alongside a kitchen/diner with French windows to a small balcony with relaxing marina views. On the top floor, the living room has plenty of lounging space to kick back with a favourite movie or plan the next day’s adventures. This is a great holiday cottage. Furnishings and equipment could not have been improved. Everything was perfect. A relaxing cottage with stunning views across to the barbican. I woukd have liked to share places to go but there was no visitors book or leaflets for nearby places to visit.

Excellent accommodation for a sailing event at the Mountbatten centre. Ferry to Plymouth meant we didn't have to use the car
