Lovely cottage and great location. Good garden but felt a bit inconvenienced that the dogs could only get into the garden out of the front door and via a side gate. Not so good in the middle of the night. Shower superb.

Excellent stay the accommodation was comfy and homely with everything you needed. The Hoop Inn and The Quay in Instow are excellent places to eat out (best to book as they get full quickly) . Thank Devon for a lovely holiday

The Beeches is a clean and comfortable place to stay with all mod cons. I would highly recommend this holiday home and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Devon.

Really lovely property situated in a beautiful village. A community store with locally sourced pies, cakes and ice cream. A local pub restaurant that would be awesome when everything opens up again. However there are plenty of supermarkets, and places to eat or get takeaways within a half hour drive. Very close to many holiday towns such as BideforRead mored, Appledore, and Barnstable. The house is well stocked and well presented. Enjoyed our stay! Hide

Overall we really liked our stay, the accommodation was very good value, location was quiet but good as we don't mind driving around country lanes. It was very clean and comfortable overall with good facilities and owners were great with info about our stay and recommendations. It was too hot for us though so we did have to open some windows as insRead moretructions said not to touch thermostat and the double bed was also firmer than what we're used to. In easy reach to some favourite Devon locations. Hide

Warm, comfortable 'home from home' in a quiet location in a lovely village. Very well equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, excellent wi fi and everything needed in the kitchen for proper cooking! Spotlessly clean and all very well maintained. We had a lovely, relaxing break and definitely plan to make a repeat visit.

Location is set in a very remote small village, it suited our needs as we wanted to stay safe at this time and we were well placed to travel around mid to north Dvon. There is a wonderful old devon pub in the village which has limited hours but serves great food. The village shop is difficult to find open, so make sure you take everything you need.
