The dining area set for two is ideally placed by the window where you can enjoy the sunshine or stars. Should you prefer, you can dine alfresco on the patio at the front of the property with its pretty bistro set, or even make use of the BBQ in the pleasant enclosed garden with lawn next to the cottage.

On a clear day, whilst visiting the nearby coast, you will be able to see the lauded Lundy Island on the horizon: home to many species of wildlife. You can take a day trip to the island on the MS Oldenburg which departs from Bideford (3 miles) or visit the Victorian seaside village of Westward Ho! just 3 miles away, named after Charles Kingsley’s novel of the same name.
