The property is well-located in the marina complex. However, due to the accommodation being on three floors, it is not best suited to those with mobility problem. The lower floor accommodation is prone to being very cold although there is an oil-filled radiator in the bedroom which, if left on all day, keeps the room reasonably warm.

Stunning views from the property. 10 minute walk to the passenger ferry. Restaurant next to passenger ferry terminal is ok for meals with average prices and pub food. This property could be amazing with a general clean and lick of paint. Beds comfy.
