The cottage is situated on a very pretty estate. The Interior dcor is very pleasant. The glass doors from the kitchen to the patio area needs protection from the sun as this has a tendency to superheat the kitchen and along with the heat from the boiler. This is particularly uncomfortable in hot weather. Spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and there was plenty of space outside too. Make sure to bring everything down to salt and pepper and bin bags with you as nothing is provided. Another thing to be aware of (we managed to miss the small print) is that if bringing dogs you cant leave them in the house unattended within the rules of theRead more managing agents. The property was very clean and well equipped which made our holiday very relaxing. The hot tub was refilled and cleaned before our arrival which did mean that we couldn't use it until the Sunday, but it was well worth the wait! We will definitely be recommending this property and re booking it ourselves.

Spacious house well situated for the North Devon coast. Great enclosed garden for dogs and the hot tub was fabulous, especially in the rain! Always warm and plenty of hot water. Also bring all the kitchen basics as these are not provided , nor are towels for hot tub use. Also no wifi when we were there so check that. Hide
