The penthouse at larkstone is fabulous ,it's modern ,comfortable offering superb views over the harbour and countyside. It was suprisingly spacious ,better than the website photos.We loved the location which offers great walks and Only a 5minute walk into town or harbour .

Lovely location, property was stunning, lovely window seats to gaze out over the quay...Even though it was January we found enough places to eat within walking distance. Lovely walk over the cliff (Tarka Trail) to Hele Bay.

This flat is in an elevated position with great views over the harbour and access to coastal walks. Everything you could expect from a modernised property with well stocked kitchen separate utility en suit shower room and separate bathroom. A great space for 4 people.

This is a lovely apartment with amazing views, looking out towards 'The Sleeping Elephant' in one Direction and towards Verity on the Quay in the other direction. The location is excellent as it is only 5 minutes walk to High Street or down to the Quay but just out of town so very peaceful.

The flat was spotless and spacious, nothing more could be added with great home features and attention to detail. The location is fantastic and views from the property look like they are taken from a magazine. The fact you have a dedicated parking space is a definite plus for the area. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Lovely apartment in a great location with magnificent views of the harbour. However if we had known that there were two flights of stairs to climb to get into the apartment we might have had second thoughts. This was compounded by the hill climbing from town. Overall a very spacious apartment and very well equipped.
