This property is located in a superb elevated position in the town of Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast. The convenient location of the property means that many of the town’s attractions are within walking distance, including the interesting aquarium, the unusual Tunnels Beach, and the historic harbour. The town boasts a range of shops, as well as a wide choice of eateries, including a well-regarded seafront restaurant owned by the artist Damien Hirst, who has also chosen the town as the home for his impressive sculpture of the female warrior Verity, brandishing her sword over her head, as she protects the town’s harbour.

Upon entering, the lobby is the perfect spot for hanging your coats and kicking off your shoes before heading up to the apartment. From the top of the stairs on your right is the magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy the views which provide the perfect backdrop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, there is also a stylish dining table with seating for six. Across the hall is a utility room which consists of a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Great position - sea views and Verity. An easy walk to the harbour and restaurants. An allocated parking space which makes life easier.

The flat was spotless and spacious, nothing more could be added with great home features and attention to detail. The location is fantastic and views from the property look like they are taken from a magazine. The fact you have a dedicated parking space is a definite plus for the area. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Lovely apartment in a great location with magnificent views of the harbour. However if we had known that there were two flights of stairs to climb to get into the apartment we might have had second thoughts. This was compounded by the hill climbing from town. Overall a very spacious apartment and very well equipped.
