Perfect cottage break, the cottage is so clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, even a washing machine. It is in a lovely quiet area with a large garden. There are plenty of beaches to explore within 15mins. The roads outside are very quiet so good for dog walking also.

Beautiful cottage set in lovely surroundings safe garden for the dog. We had awful weather it was lovely and warm and cosy watching films chilling out and didnt hear the wind and rain. We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed the week very much, the property was near enough to sea and beaches. Also proximity to Bude and shops at Kilkhampton. Nice helpful people. This is our second visit.

The cottage is small but for two people its fine and the garden is ideal if you have a pet, was really sorry to leave, was so cosy.

We loved everything about the cottage it was a little gem. The beach wasn't far for dog walking in fact it was in a very good location. We didn't want to go home the dog included

Downstairs the cottage was quite 'compact' and I personally felt a little tired, the settee although a recliner was quite uncomfortable. I also felt the cottage smelt a little musty especially the crockery cupboard. On a plus side the large patio and the garden were secure for our dog. It was easily accessed just off the A39 and a great location foRead morer exploring many popular parts of Devon and Cornwall (as long as you had a car). The owners left some milk and eggs for us which was a nice touch. Hide

A beautiful little cottage just right for two in a quiet location just over the Devon/Cornwall boarder and not too far from Numerous lovely seaside towns.

Small, rather cramped living room and a dark ground-floor was a disappointment, but the bedroom and bathroom were lighter and comfortable. Initial impressions were not too good, but it would be unfair to judge this comfortable cottage on initial impressions. Unfortunately, the poor weather meant we could not use the patio.

A lovely old place with fully equipped kitchen, power shower, washing machine, central heating etc. It served as a great base to explore Cornwall and Devon. Don't come here without a car though, it's a fair way from anything.

Had a lovely rest but was a little bit desapointed that it was a dog friendly cottage but there was no safe dog walk near by,you at to use the single track road which was for vehicles.

Very comfortable accommodation with a secure garden for the dog. Well equipped, and heated and very welcoming after a day out. Good location for exploring North Cornwall and Devon, as right on the border. All in all, Excellent. Only the weather could have been better!

The cottage was situated with easy access to the A39 making access to everywhere very easy, there were also lots of local walks with good views. The cottage itself was very cosy and our dog (normally nervous in new locations) settled in instantly. Would definitely look at returning again.
