Charming property, beautifully converted in 2015 from a former piggery, offering stylish accommodation for two in rural South-East Devon, just ten miles from the Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis.

Packed with character and irresistible charm, This Little Piggy is an ideal romantic trip with an almost fairytale twist. Set in Southeast Devon just 9 miles from the historic Jurassic Coast, this former piggery is part of a complex that was beautifully converted in 2015. Fill your days with adventures near and far, navigating Lyme Bay or pottering along local trails. In the evening, retire to the welcoming warmth of this rural retreat, indulging in a mug of hot chocolate and a favourite film for two.

The heart of This Little Piggy is the spacious and light-filled open-plan living area, stylishly decorated to create a homely atmosphere. The kitchen is of true country retreat decor, with coordinated accessories that even less enthusiastic cooks will find tempting. Unwind over a leisurely lunch at the table or find the perfect place to dine alfresco on the enclosed patio. At dusk, raise a toast by candlelight at the front of the property, stepping down to admire the stars from the shared garden and then sink into the delicious comfort of fresh linen in the cosy bedroom.

Hunt for fossils at Lyme Regis, a traditional seaside town along the Jurassic coast just 9 miles away. Also 9 miles away, Beer village is a great spot for a crab sandwich and a pint of local ale. Take in the spectacular views along the coastal walk from Beer to Branscombe – a tiny village with a traditional blacksmith and two pubs. For slower paced days, Burrow Farm Gardens is a delight to explore just 1 mile away, as is Loughwood Meeting House 1.5 miles away.

The cottage and equipment are just lovely. Nothing has been missed out and thoughtfully done. Lovely views, very quiet and very highly recommended

A lovely little cottage in a fabulous setting, it was large and comfortable. Had all that was needed for us. The outside space was also really lovely and had we visited in the summer that would have been used more. Welcomed by lovely homemade cake but disappointed that the owners did not appear so we didn't meet them throughout our stay which was aRead more shame. However, we had a very comfortable few days. This Little Piggy is just as good as it looks on the photos, with spacious rooms, well furnished and tastefully decorated. It has everything youd need. All mod cons provided. It exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful setting although you cannot walk to a shop so transport for every day is essential. Please be aware that you cannot park right outside to unload or load your car.

A well equipped, clean and comfortable cottage with a large outside space which enjoys ( weather permitting) sunshine for most of the day.

Lovely cottage! Very relaxing and homely. Everything you need and in a good location near lots of beaches, pubs and farmers markets! Perfect for a long weekend break away!

Fantastic accommodation away from the main property, not that that was an issue as owners left us to our own devices but were also available if needed. Location is rural and driving was required to get anywhere however this was just what we wanted. The local area is stunning and the small coastal communities were very welcoming. We loved the Old InRead moren for a few drinks and a meal on the main road. Also would highly recommend the pub in Uplyme for its Sunday carvery - booking required. Hide
