This spacious first-floor apartment, arranged over two floors, is set in Ilfracombe harbour. Stylish, modern decor, a central location and stunning views make this apartment perfect for a holiday with friends or family.

Feel as if you are at the helm of a ship when you stay at this unique, duplex apartment in Ilfracombe, Devon. Sleeping eight people, the unusual, four-bedroom property has a truly individual lounge, with a ceiling shaped like the hull of a boat and views straight out to sea through a glass wall at one end. From the other side of the first-floor apartment, watch the boats come and go from the town’s harbour. A perfect property for those who enjoy beach holidays, coastal walks and family attractions, the property is also ideally placed for shops, cafes and restaurants.

Make your way up to the first floor and wander into the modern-style lounge. Pause here to admire the incredible views then settle on the comfortable seating to watch the Smart TV. Head into the kitchen to make everyone a fresh cup of coffee in the machine or to prepare dinner. Choose whether to dine at the table within the lounge or up on the mezzanine level. Also at this level, there is a family bathroom, with bath, shower and WC, a king-size bedroom, with en-suite bathroom including a bath, wet room space and WC, and a twin bedroom, with doors opening on to a Juliet balcony. Both bedrooms look out towards the harbour. Climb another staircase to find an additional king-size room and twin, again overlooking the harbour. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs. Find parking for two cars with the apartment. Permits will be supplied.

Enjoy being right at the heart of vibrant Ilfracombe. Take the children to the aquarium, also located at the harbour. Grab your costumes and towels and walk to Tunnels Beaches, approximately 1 mile from your holiday home. Have a family day out to Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle, 3 miles away.

Vielen Dank, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Ist etwas Besonderes mit zweiseitigem Blick auf das Wasser (Hafen und Meer). Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und neuwertig. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.
