West Saunton Cottage is set in a peaceful rural hamlet just a mile from Saunton’s golden sandy beach. The champion links course at Saunton Golf Club is within a mile, and in Braunton (1.5 miles) you’ll find shops, great restaurants, supermarkets and access to the beautiful Braunton Burrows UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Characterful wooden beams, white-washed stone walls and deep-set windows create a welcoming atmosphere which strikes you the moment you step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Upstairs, watch your head on the sloping ceilings which make the two bedrooms cosy and unique. They share a bathroom with handheld shower over the bath. On cooler evenings relax on the brightly cushioned lounge sofas in front of the wood burner effect gas fire while your favourite DVD plays on the TV. Cook up delicious meals in the kitchen area to enjoy at the wooden dining table or outside on the small private patio with bistro-style furniture. On sunny evenings, enjoy picnics in the shared garden.
