The cottage is lovely, well maintained and full of character. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The small patio is perfect and we even found use for it during November. The beds were very comfortable and this is definitely one of the better cottages I have rented. The location is perfect and quiet.

We thought the cottage was lovely. We have stayed in Topsham many times, but this was the first time we actually looked forward to staying in on a few evenings , just to enjoy the comforts of the property. Although you are unable to park here after off loading , the carpark is not to far away ,so we did not see this as a problem.

A very comfortable and nicely modernised little cottage in the heart of Topsham, perfect for a couple or a few people staying in this delightful estuary town. The kitchen had everything we needed, including space.

Wisteria Cottage is a comfortable, cosy cottage well located for a quiet stay in Topsham, whilst there is no parking in the vicinity it is easy to stop outside the cottage and unload and then park in one of the car parks, Holman Way is about a 10 min walk. The kitchen was well equipped, with doors to a little courtyard for warmer weather. The stairRead mores are quite narrow and steep so unsuitable for those with mobility issues although they add to the cottagey feel Hide

Comfortable cottage in the heart of historic Topsham. Very clean and well located for local attractions. The stairs are quite steep and it's accessed off a very narrow lane (so dropping off and picking up luggage is best done quickly), but that's to be expected given the nature of this part of the town and the property. We were able to park on HolmRead morean Way, which is about five minutes' walk (pay and display, or use RingGo). Topsham is a lovely place and well worth a few days' stay or longer. Hide

Lovely property in a great location close to pubs, shops and riverside. Well furnished, very comfortable beds and was great for our short break. Welcoming contact from owners before we arrived. Parking in car park short walk away was easy with Ringo and only cost 5 a day. We walked a lot instead of using car and caught the local train to Exmouth anRead mored Exeter. As with all old properties of this style , stairs a bit steep and narrow so would not recommend for elderly or very young children. Hide
