Each one of their distinctive gins has been inspired by the fruiterers that once travelled around the world collecting exotic ingredients before returning to Salcombe port with their haul. If you’re a gin lover, a visit to the distillery is bound to be a fascinating experience. What’s more, the waterside location is simply stunning, with its eye-catching 450-litre copper pot still as its main feature, alongside individual mini-copper stills where you’ll be making your own gin.

What does ‘The Ultimate Gin Experience’ entail?
The Ultimate Gin experience at Salcombe Distilling Co. will give you an insight into the art of distilling and what is needed to create a well-balanced product. Then, you’ll have the chance to develop your very own unique recipe with your choice of botanicals and your new skills before bottling up the finished product and adding a personalised label. The whole experience lasts around three hours and includes the opportunity to sample some of Salcombe’s fine gins too! If you’re a gin fanatic, then this is an opportunity not to miss!
