Kingsbridge nestles on its own estuary and is surrounded by beautiful, green rolling countryside, making it perennially popular with walkers and water-sports enthusiasts. Close by is Bigbury beach, where at low tide you can walk across the sand to Burgh Island. At high tide a sea tractor can take you across, a trip not to be missed and especially popular with young children. Further afield you can visit Woodlands Leisure Park which guarantees a fun filled day out for all ages or take a step back in time by visiting Dartmouth Museum. Or you could visit the picturesque village of Salcombe which offers a wide variety of on and off-water activities.

On entering this charming cottage, you will find yourself in the inviting and attractive lounge, which, with its feature fireplace and TV, is a fantastic space for relaxing. Moving into the stylish kitchen/diner, you will find the dining area and breakfast bar are ideal whether you’re grabbing a snack or enjoying a special meal. The elegant kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer There’s also a traditional wood burner which adds another touch of charm to the property. Going upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms: a double, a twin and a single. There is also a bathroom complete with roll-top bath, shower and WC.

Stepping outside you can relax and unwind at the end of a great day in the enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking permit for 1 car (only available until July 2024).

Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage , it felt homely. Plenty utensils every thing you needed if not more. We would happily stay there again . Directions to the car park space when using permit were not explained clearly.

Very comfortable house in a good position for the town. The front and rear of house need some attention and guests should be aware of road noise especially early morning.

A real home from home , spotlessly clean , well equipped. The view from the bed room at sunrise was fabulous . Love the courtyard . Would recommend to anyone .

Ideally located for exploring Kingsbridge and the surrounding area, well appointed. Only downside is the traffic noise in the mornings

Beautiful, comfy and tastefully decorated Cottage in great location walking distance to lovely shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants and the Quay in beautiful Kingsbridge. Wi-fi was really good and all the equipment we needed available including fans which we used. Short drive to some amazing beaches such as Bantham & Salcombe. We all had a great holidaRead morey.
