From, Ilfracombe you can enjoy a day trip to Lundy Island, or explore such attractions as National Trust Arlington Court, Marwood Gardens, Watermouth Castle and The Valley of the Rocks. Walkers will enjoy exploring the countryside around the property. Exmoor National Park, famed for its beauty and wildlife, is nearby. The town of Barnstaple has a range of leisure facilities including swimming pool, tennis, indoor ski slope, theatre and a cinema.
On entering this lovely single-storey cottage, which has traditional exposed beams and oak flooring throughout, you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming lounge, with traditional wood burner (first basket of logs included), smart TV/DVD, hi-fi and patio doors which lead out on the furnished patio area. Heading into the attractive and elegant kitchen/diner, which is accessed via one step up from the lounge, you will find everything you might need including Range oven with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine and tumble-dryer is located inside a separate cupboard. Exploring further you will find two comfy bedrooms.
