The Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Down the hall you can find two bedrooms: one unusual double room with four poster bed, TV and hand basin and the second is a twin room. You can also find a bathroom with hand held shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside there is a private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ (this space is not fully enclosed). There is also a large shared lawn area with views to Hartland lighthouse across the Atlantic ocean, perfect for balls games with the children or a relaxing picnic . The games room is shared with Shebberton Summer Folly and has a pool table, football game and table tennis, dolls house, toys, games and a selection of DVDs and videos. There is also a handy shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer (tumble dryer by meter).
