Set in the heart of the Devon, this property is surrounded by miles of glorious countryside, charming towns and idyllic villages to discover. Set between Dartmoor and Exmoor, these national parks will keep walkers busy for hours, while the South and North Devon coastlines are also within easy reach. The county’s main city, Exeter is less than 20 miles away and offers plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions such as the Royal Albert Memorial Museum.

This spacious holiday cottage has been designed in an upside-down arrangement so that guests can truly appreciate the surrounding countryside views. Enter the property on the ground floor where the bedrooms are situated. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which features a shower over bath and WC. There is also two separate twin rooms and a family bathroom with show shower over bath and WC, and a utility room with washing machine. As you climb the stairs you’ll notice the light that floods into the open-plan living space.  From here, access the balcony and enjoy the view.. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV and an electric fire. The well-equipped kitchen/diner includes seating for six people around the table and there is a oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. As well as your own private balcony and patio, guests will have access to a shared lawn and BBQ as well as a huge range of leisure facilities that are available on site.

There are plenty of activities to suit all age groups including a heated indoor swimming pool (open seven days a week, 8am – 10pm, private bookings are taken at times, public opening time tables and full information can be found on site), snooker tables, skittle alley, squash courts, five-a-side all-weather pitch and two carp fishing lakes. Little ones will be in their element burning energy in the adventure playground and indoor soft play area with its own coffee shop. The property is also set in the grounds of a locally renowned pub. Sports hall offering badminton, tennis, netball and football. (charges apply)
