This apartment enjoys an absolutely stunning location, right on the seafront of Westward Ho!’s impressive two-mile wide sandy beach. The beach is popular with families, as well as with surfers, and is even home to a surfing and paddle-boarding school, should guests like to try out a new sport. The town has everything that you would expect from a seaside town, including some handy shops, and a range of pubs and cafes. The Neighbouring Appledore, Instow and just four miles away, the town of Bideford offer a choice of well-regarded eateries, some interesting independent shops, and a working harbour, from where visitors can join one of a range of boat trips.

This ground-floor apartment offers a high-standard of accommodation, making it a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a wonderfully light and airy room, flooded with light bouncing off the sea, views of which are offered by the floor-to-ceiling patio doors. A large corner sofa-bed offers a comfortable place from which to enjoy these breath-taking views, as well as to enjoy the Sky TV. The dining table is situated behind the seating area and nicely separates the kitchen area from the lounge. This contemporary kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, whilst a freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer can all be found housed in a separate utility room. The apartment’s three bedrooms include the stylish master bedroom suite, which boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room with WC, and sea views from the patio doors which lead out to the balcony. The other bedrooms are a twin room, and a bunk bedroom with full-sized bunk beds (suitable for adults) which also has a selection of children’s toys. The bathroom has a bath with handheld shower and WC.

Outside, the large enclosed balcony offers garden furniture, from which guests can enjoy the panoramic sea views.

The apartment is in an amazing location with endlessly changing views of the sea and shore. The apartment has everything you need and is extremely cosy- the showers are really hot and great after a swim. Westward Ho! Lovely spacious apartment with stunning views. Very well equipped for cooking from home, and the welcome pack of biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and milk were very appreciated. Great communication with Jane, the caretaker, checking we had arrived safely and had everything in order. We have enjoyed a lovely break. Westward Ho! has a special place in our hearts and we love the location of Nassau Court. We loved looking out at the great view from the balcony. We hope that others enjoy their holidays here. We are going to try and visit again early summer next year.

Superb apartment! Excellent location, just a 5 minutes walk along the seafront from the town with all its amenities! The flat is in absolute perfect position. Totally uninterrupted views of the wonderful westward ho! Beach and stunning coastline. The flat itself is perfect. Bigger than it looks in the photos. I can't recommend it enough

Weve stayed on the ground floor at Nassau court before but not in Seascape. Lovely warm apartment right on waters edge, absolutely stunning location, everything you could wish for in a relaxing high spec apartment.
