This property enjoys a fantastic coastal location, overlooking the sea at Westward Ho! The village’s two mile wide stretch of sandy beach is within easy walking distance, a popular spot for both families and surfers alike. Just behind the beach, Northam Burrows Country Park offers enjoyable scenic walks amongst the sand dunes and coastal grasslands, a great way to escape the midday sun on the beach itself. The village caters well for visitors offering shops, restaurants, cafe-bars, a well regarded golf course and a go-kart track. Further afield, there are plenty of nearby attractions, including the harbour town of Bideford, The Big Sheep, and the visitors centre at Dartington Crystal.

This first-floor apartment offers attractive accommodation with a stylish, yet understated, seaside theme carried through the property. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a light filled space, with the sea views providing the perfect backdrop to this elegant room. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony, while a deep sofa and comfy armchair provide a relaxing place to enjoy the TV or listen to music on the speakers provided. A dining table seating four is placed so as to allow guests to admire the views as they eat, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. For guests who wish to do laundry, a washing machine is available in a shared onsite utility room. Both of the property’s bedrooms have been finished to the same high standard as the main living area, the first of which offers a king-size bed, TV, DVD, an en-suite shower room with WC, sea views and doors which give access to the balcony. The second room, a pretty twin room, also benefits from its own TV/DVD and radio. The property’s sleek and contemporary bathroom has a spa bath and WC and is a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Outside, there is an enclosed glass fronted balcony with patio furniture from which to enjoy the sea views and the beautiful sunsets.

Fantastic location, beautifully furnished and well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable bed. The en-suite shower was ideal . Would definitely recommend and would book again

Absolutely beautiful, everything looks great inside, loads of extras that was nice I.E coffee machine, nice tray of coffee, tea and biscuits, pods to use with the machine, washing up bits, and the dog treats, the view was outstanding, office staff so lovely and helpful, would definitely stay again. The only downside the week went too quick

Wow Westward Waterfront is an amazing place to stay. Impeccably clean with lovely kitchen equipment. The view from the lounge and main bedroom is outstanding. Short walk along the promenade into Westward Ho and the beach. Short drive to car park to area of beach dog can go to. It is 6 a day so worth getting a weeks pass if staying that long. Loved Read moreit so much booked for 2024 on our second day of holiday. Hide
