Located in an enviable position overlooking Mount Batten harbour, this property has a distinctly cosmopolitan vibe. Once you have finished exploring the harbour itself, join the South West Coast Path, which links this property with a trio of soft sandy beaches, the fishing village of Turnchapel and beyond. If you fancy an evening out, jump aboard the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican area where you will have your pick of restaurants and bars, or continue to the city centre or the Hoe for its swimming pool, beaches and cafes.

Arranged over three floors, the accommodation has been designed to take full advantage of those spectacular harbour views. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with wooden flooring and patio sliding doors opening out to a balcony overlooking the sea, together with a single bedroom with sea views and a shower room with WC. Up on the next level you will find the third bedroom, which has a king-size bed, TV and en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over bath and WC, which can also be accessed from the landing. Also on the first floor is the stunning contemporary kitchen/diner, which features wooden flooring, a rustic-style kitchen table and chairs and sliding doors opening out to a Juliet balcony overlooking the marina. In the kitchen, you will find an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. After your meals, head upstairs again onto the second floor to reach the lounge. This elegant room is a tranquil space in which to unwind and make use of the TV. The sliding doors can be opened up to enjoy the fantastic views even more or you can sit out on the terrace and watch all that is going on in the harbour

 Outside, the property benefits from two waterfront balcony's with marina views, one is accessed from the ground-floor bedroom and the other from the lounge. Both terraces have outdoor seating.

They property is really nice and clean. The balconies and views are lovely . It's a really nice property with good quality beds and kitchen appliances

We want to thank the owners for taking our very last minute booking, due to us being let down by another property and company. We are so glad we found this property as it is in a lovely location and is very spacious. The view was amazing and it was nice to be in a quieter area of Plymouth, whilst not being far from the hustle and bustle of PlymouthRead more itself. An added treat was 2 evenings for fireworks and we had a great view from the top balcony. A hidden gem and we loved it there. Hide

Nice house well furnished in lovely location overlooking the marina. Lots to do in the area - Plymouth itself, National Trust properties, the Rame peninsula and the Cornish coastline. The ferry services are brilliant.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week at the property. The view was amazing by day and by night and it was a perfect base from which to get to The Barbican quickly, via the regular Mountbatten ferry, as well as exploring the beaches to the east of Plymouth. It was a pleasure to cook and eat in the well-equipped kitchen with such a view.
