This property is centrally located near to the Devon and Cornwall border, which means that this is the ideal cottage from which to tour both coasts. Guests can access this from the town of Bude, just 13 miles away. The coastal town has a fine array of eateries and shops, and an outdoor sea pool, but also offers fun activities including pedalos on the canal, ten-pin bowling and of a choice of three glorious sandy beaches, perfect for paddle boarding and surfing. Boscastle, Tintagel, and the famous town of Port Isaac are all within an hours drive. Other options close by including Dartmoor National Park (21 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (19 miles) and The Big Sheep (21 miles).
Set all on one level, this converted barn has been equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan and offers an oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave, and there is ample seating around the dining table. In the lounge area there is comfortable seating, a Smart TV and radio and large doors leading outside to the patio area. The bedrooms consist of a spacious master room with a double bed and TV/DVD, and a twin bedroom with a zip-and-link bed (which can be presented as a super king-size by request). There is also a shower room with WC.
Outside there is an enclosed patio with garden furniture, and washing line. Adjacent to this there is a large lawn, with football goals and footballs are provided. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the summerhouse and the stunning woodland walks that lead from the pond and offer all sorts of colours as the seasons change (children to be supervised at all times).
