Sitting just off the sea wall, means that waves are lapping metres from your private balcony where you can enjoy the 2 miles of blue flag golden sandy beach with its unique pebble ridge. A stone's throw from the village amenities including, pubs, shops and restaurants as well as a number of amusement arcades to entertain children of all ages. Westward Ho! also benefits from England's oldest golf club, Royal North Devon, that stretches out on to the Northam Burrows Country Park, protected from the sea by the pebble ridge, and offers some of the finest walks through the dunes and along the shoreline. The fishing village of Appledore is a short drive, and retains much of its original charm with its narrow winding streets and wealth of intimate restaurants and pubs. Attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Clovelly to name but a few.

The accommodation is split over the third and fourth (top) floors, the contemporary open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is located on the fourth floor with high ceilings and views out one large window over the dramatic panoramic beach and sea views.  Both bedrooms are spacious and located on the third floor, the 1 master double has an en-suite shower room and WC, and also on this floor is the twin bedroom and bathroom with with shower over bath and WC. 

Outside is a spacious private balcony with unrivalled views to sit out and relax and enjoy.

A nice apartment in a fantastic location with onsite parking. Great views from the balcony. Apartment is a little smaller than others in the block and needs a little updating such as a smart TV. There was no chest of drawers in each bedroom, only small side tables so we had to use the 2nd bedrooms beds to lay out our clothing. Apartment furniture iRead mores a little dated (old pine wood) and needs modernising but other than this a nice apartment. Dishwasher needs repairing as door switch broken. Hide

A brilliant location with wonderful views. An excellent apartment with all the facilities you need. A lovely welcoming pack. Nearby to all the shops and restaurants of Westward Ho! Coast path on your doorstep and wild walks along the beach when the tide is out. Benefit of car park but also visitors parking and lift up to the apartment

Lovely apartment , great location easy access to surrounding area for walking by car or the bus if required. The view from the apartment is spectacular ever changing even on a rainy day. hopefully visit again soon.

Would recommend this to all. Apartment is more than we ever expected with a stunning location and views from the balcony were just amazing. A family of 4 (6 year old & 16 month old) it was just perfect for us and had high chair/ cot both of which were set up on arrival.

We had a fantastic week here. The apartment is lovely and the view of the sea was amazing! Its also in a great spot to see lots of different places like Rosemore Gardens. Definitely perfect for surfing. I was also really impressed with how much choice of gluten free food is available. I even had fish and chips from the chop shop! We stayed here for our honeymoon and we were blown away immediately by the view, absolutely stunning. Apartment was spacious, clean and like a home for home. There was a broken arm on one of the balcony chairs but that didnt stop us sitting out and watching the sunset.

Lovely property, with easy access to the beach. Unbeatable view from the balcony. We'll equipped, tidy, and spacious. Issues with kitchen and balcony door mentioned in older reviews have been addressed - kitchen looks brand new and the balcony door opens smoothly. Great to have secure underground parking.

Unrivalled position for sea and bay views which was greatly appreciated. The whole block of apartments appeared to be well maintained and organised with easy access to both sea and local amenities. An enjoyable holiday.
