This apartment is ideally located for beach lovers, as it is just a ten-minute walk from the wide sandy beach at Westward Ho! The town is a typical English seaside resort town, with cafes, shops selling beach equipment, amusement arcades and pubs. Just a five-minute drive away is the attractive village of Appledore, with its picturesque fishing harbour and from where visitors can enjoy boat trips across the estuary to the seaside village of Instow.

This second-floor apartment is spacious and contemporarily styled. The main living space is the light-filled lounge/diner, which not only has comfortable seating allowing guests to enjoy the TV, DVD, hi-fi and selection of books, but also has access out onto a lovely sea-view balcony, which adds something really special to this room. The kitchen also enjoys sea views and is well-equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. The apartment has two bedrooms, the first of which is a large attractive double, with its own balcony and en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a twin room, whilst the main bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from a balcony which leads off from the lounge area and has a seating area, which is perfect for enjoying the sea views, as well as the second balcony from the master bedroom.

A very large clean and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped especially in the kitchen. Just add a Smart TV. Great view but could only see if you were standing up. Close to bars and restaurants. Excellent parking .

I would highly recommend this flat, easy parking and a beautiful sea view from both the lounge and the kitchen. Lift directly to the flat. Super convenient and a great base to explore Devon/Cornwall. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Mum and I will be returning.

This is a well presented apartment, in a great block of flats. Well equipped, comfortable beds, which is important, and in walking distance to the centre. We have been coming back here twice a year for 3 or 4 years. Its close too for a drive to different towns
