Enjoy walks on or around the farm, explore the roaming cattle, visit the chickens, or just relax and enjoy the breath-taking views of the neighbouring dairy and sheep farms. The local farm shop and coffee shop are only 1 mile away, a tempting treat on mornings when a lie-in demands a quick brunch. Slightly further at 4 miles is the historic market town of Crediton which offers more shops and places to eat. Both North and South Devon beaches, Woolacombe, Croyde and Exmouth and Sidmouth are reachable in an hour. Exeter is only six miles away and offers wonderful family attractions, water sports and boutique shopping and eateries. Located only 40 minutes to the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor both filled with hidden gems and places to explore. A wealth of attractions are within easy reach including the National Trusts Knightshayes and Killerton, RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal, Crealy Adventure Park, Pennywell Farm, The Big Sheep and Milky Way for family fun. Closer to home is Woolley Animals Alpaca Farm where you can walk with the animals and Tiverton canal which offers horse drawn barge trips.
On entering the property, through its own private front garden and entrance, you are met by a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, this area has a woodburner and two sets of French doors offering wonderful countryside views and access to the enclosed garden with patio and built-in charcoal BBQ. Here you can relax and enjoy watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV and you will be spoilt for choice with SkyTV , or take time to enjoy a movie on the Blu-ray. The kitchen area is well-equipped and is perfect to try out some new recipes or cook some old family favourites.
