On entering the single storey property, which is situated next to the owner's property, step into the comfortable and cosy lounge through the patio doors. The lounge has a TV/DVD to relax in front of after a day exploring the local area, a sofa bed, wood burner effect electric fire and also has little added extras for your four-legged friend, such as dog fleeces, blankets and towels. Head through to the spacious kitchen/diner which is bright and airy and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, the dining area comfortably seats four. There are two inviting bedrooms a double, which leads through to a single. There is a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside, there is an enclosed gravelled garden area with sunny aspect which has garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ (provide own charcoal). The adjacent fields are home to the horses, sheep and ducks.
