This property enjoys a fantastic location overlooking Brixham harbour and marina, making it a wonderful spot for those who enjoy coastal walks, beaches, fishing, or taking relaxing boat trips. Seaside-lovers have plenty of choice here, as the town has a number of beaches, including the secluded beach at St Mary’s Bay, the Breakwater Beach, offering walks over the waves on the impressive breakwater, and Shoalstone Beach with its fantastic 53-metre tidal pool. Further around the bay, the popular towns of Torquay and Paignton also offer lovely beaches, and a range of restaurants

Guests enter this three-storey on the middle floor, where the main living accommodation is located. They will love the lounge/diner, a spacious room which is dominated by the harbour views from the two large picture windows. Comfortable seating is positioned so that guests can enjoy those stunning views, as well as the Smart TV. A extending dining table can also be found in this room. Just next to this room is the kitchen, which is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge, whilst a separate utility cupboard houses the washer/dryer and freezer. Stairs lead to the lower-ground floor, where there are two bedrooms, both of which enjoy attractive harbour views. The first of these is a twin room, whilst the other is a single. The bathroom on this floor has a shower-over-bath and WC. The third bedroom is located on the top floor in the former attic space: a wonderful dual-aspect room which offers views to the harbour at one end and to the breakwater from the other. There is a double bed in this room, as well as a seating area in front of one of the windows.  Across the landing is the master bathroom which, again, has a shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside, there is an off-road parking space for one small car at the front of the property, whilst larger cars can make use of the nearby unrestricted roadside parking.

Lovely view. Well equipped cottage. Clean and excellent communication from owner. Steep stairs to all bedrooms, so not for the less mobile.

A lovely place to stay within easy walking distance of the harbour and shops. The view of the harbour from the cottage is stunning. Quaint little niknak shops to pass your time browsing and plenty of places for a snack or meal. We Will be back.

Great location and fabulous views of the harbour. Very close to amenities. Quite steep stairs in the house which were fine for us. Very relaxing. We would recommend this property.

Cottage excellent. Couldn't wish for better views. The parking space is described as small but we managed to get our 7 seater parked ok. Maybe the stairs in the cottage are a bit steep and narrow for those with mobility issues. Another plus is having 2 bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gull Haven. The views from every room are stunning, and it is ideally located, being just a short walk from the harbour, shops restaurants and bus stop. The house itself is clean and well equipped. We hope to stay again.

Gulls Haven is perfectly situated overlooking the harbour - the view is amazing! The property is comfortable, well equipped, light and airy, and the best holiday cottage we have stayed in. The parking space is tight even for our Toyota hatchback, and with steep stairs inside and steps and slopes outside it's not the best place for those with mobiliRead morety issues, but for everyone else, it's fantastic! You won't regret staying here it has amazing views! The beds are really comfortable. I could live there its beautiful. First time in Brixham we didnt want to leave . I worried about my car fitting in the parking space but there was enough room , its a Peugeot 3008 . Lots of steep roads to walk on but we enjoyed the challenge. Enjoy we did !

Lovely cottage. Perfect views. Great for extended family because bedrooms separated by a floor. Bathrooms great including showers. A dishwasher would have been an improvement but there is no room for one. Parking is a serious issue around the area and the steep slopes and steps are not for the faint hearted. We have a toddler and the buggy was an iRead moressue. Overall we had a pleasant stay and slept well despite the gulls. Brixham is a sleepy town. Nothing gets moving until 10am and shops close at 5! Excellent location, excellent views of Brixham harbour, the property was well equipped and spacious, light and airy .Outdoor space might be an issue in the Summer. If you prefer alfresco dining. Theres a parking spot outside, our car just fitted but anything bigger would need to park elsewhere. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.
