Situated around 200 metres from Furzeham Green park, this property is an ideal choice for couples travelling with a four-legged friend. Once you have finished exploring the park, continue to Brixham harbour, which is located a ten-minute walk away. Here you will find plenty to do from seasonal boat trips to neighbouring coastal resorts, to events, cafes and shops. Take to the coast path to reach nearby Churston Ferrers and Fishcombe Cove.

This mid terrace house has undergone a top to bottom refurbishment and boasts a stunning interior with a stylish blend of old and new throughout. Enter via a welcoming entrance hall, which opens into the light and bright lounge. With a coal-effect gas fire, coffee table, TV and DVD player, this is a serene and cosy space for unwinding after a long day on foot. There is a flight of stairs down to the lower ground floor to find a contemporary kitchen complete with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Once prepared, enjoy meals at the farmhouse style table in the adjacent dining room, which seats six guests. Great location although steep steps down to the harbour. House layout over several floors. Don't be fooled by the luxury looking bathroom, poorly designed. Some fixtures & fittings didn't work. A really spacious and well-presented house, well placed for the harbour and town centre. A park to exercise a dog very close by.

The cottage is quite close to the harbour although lots of steep steps not a long walk. The xar parking is pot luck for a space! The property layout isn't ideal for older dogs or dogs who need a green area as there is only a tiny space and a 31 length of AstroTurf which I can't believe any dog would manage. The bath I'd nice but to shower not goid.Read more You would have to use the downstairs one. Hide

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. There are several floors and this may be a consideration if less agile. We very much enjoyed our visit.

No parking space only the road which is full of cars so u have to park where u can not ideal if u like to watch your car was offered car port at extra cost but only any good if u have a small car

Lovely cottage, in a great location Very short walk to the harbour and shops... down the hill ,which means all uphill on the way back which might not suit some . Very close to a beautiful park that leads to Fishcombe cove, which is great for a dip and has a cafe there too .We went to the Bell Inn for Sunday lunch,quite a long but easy walk there anRead mored back for a delicious and well priced carvery. Dartmouth and Totnes nearby for daytrips ,We had a lovely break , thank you! Hide

We had everything we needed to make the best of our holiday. Home from home. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy lounge, comfy beds, large bath or shower to relax at the end of the day's fun or the lovely outside area to relax as the sun goes down. Lovely base for any holiday. Bring your walking boots there are a lot of steps in Brixham.

Lovely little cottage for the dogs and us both... the hosts were absolutely amazing with plenty of instructions and care before we arrived, whilst we ere there too. Perfect location for Brixham, and the steps aren't as bad as I had read on reviews. Overall, a lovely stopover for exploring.

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues, both internally and in its location, walking into and returning from the town centre requires a high level of fitness and mobility.
