Overlooking Brixham town, the property is only a two-minute walk from this bustling seaside settlement. Famed for its fresh seafood and colourful houses, Brixham boasts a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as boat trips from the harbour. The perfect choice for a romantic holiday, this apartment is within easy reach of the spectacular coastal path, which connects Brixham with sheltered coves and the pretty towns and villages of South Devon.

Beautifully renovated, this apartment is fully double-glazed and features wooden flooring, exposed stone work and plenty of natural light. Decorated in a distinctly nautical theme, the open-plan lounge is a fresh and bright space for relaxing while away. In the shaker-style kitchen area you will find wooden worktops, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, compact dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge with ice compartment. Dine at the breakfast bar before settling down on the comfortable sofa to watch the TV or a DVD while a flame effect fire sets the scene for a romantic night in. Beyond the lounge area is a sunny conservatory where two large wicker armchairs are perfect for getting lost in a book or admiring the garden beyond come rain or shine.   • Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
  • Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.

  • There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks.
  • Arrival: 15:00 onwards

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £150 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £20. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

The apartment is very clean and basic. Internet is absolutely terrible connection However the apartment is very clean and very close to the town. Small issue there could be more toilet paper even a hotel supplies minimum of 2 rolls. The location is very close to surrounding areas and easy to get to. Key box had issues getting the key out and we haRead mored to call a few times. We were told to use our car keys to put pressure on the release switch and then it did open. Absolutely beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Everything was as it would be expected. Bed is super comfortable and even the shower was good - something of a rare find in holiday accommodation. We ate out, but the kitchen was equipped if you wanted to cook. The patio area was lovely and a real bonus. Nothing was amiss here. Will definitely Read morebe booking to stay again and gave recommended to friends already. Hide

Cottage is in great location for the town however the parking situation is a challenge and a concern when you are trying to relax and have a few days without stress

Lovely clean apartment, managed to get parked but it is very tight and extremely hilly, take comfy shoes. We used the local buses which are brilliant, so easy to get around.

The cottage is as just perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. Super clean and had everything that we needed As previously commented there isnt any parking but we parked in Brixham and rarely used the car as everything was within walking distance or a boat trip away! Would definitely stay again

Cottage was very comfortable and clean part from what I have mentioned above. It is also in a good central location. A bonus was having Sky TV. I also slept very well as the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice also to have a garden for sunny days and a sunroom for when it rains. Nice ambient lighting and room fragrances.

What a little gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Garden Apartment. It was a cosy bolthole, with all home comforts ... even a mini dishwasher. Fantastically comfy sofa, nice flame-effect fire for more chilly evenings (not needed often). Access is level to unload the car on arrival. We bought a weekly carpark permit, useable throughout TorbayRead more. We parked in the central carpark, which was 2 mins walk. Thank you to the owner Nick for prompt help with a small query.
