The popular seaside town offers beautiful gardens, an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and access to the South West Coast Path. Sidmouth is a perfect getaway to explore the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, where you can sit on perfect beaches at the foot of pre-historic red cliffs, created some 240 million years ago. Long sandy beaches are within a light stroll, or if you fancy a change of scene the popular beaches of Beer, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Lyme Regis with its fossil hunting are within a short drive. Local attractions include Crealy Great Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens, The Caves at Beer, The Donkey Sanctuary and many more. There are also numerous golf courses locally.

Upon entering this delightful detached property, you are greeted with a light and airy hallway, a useful space to hang coats or store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here enter the first of the two lounges where you can relax on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Directly opposite this room is the open-plan lounge/diner which boasts a wood burner effect heater set in a feature fireplace, perfect for those cooler months. This room also benefits from a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, a barista coffee machine and dishwasher, which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There is also a useful utility cupboard within the kitchen which has a washing machine. On this level you will also find a bathroom with a walk in shower. Heading up the stairs to the first floor where there are four bedrooms the first is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request), the second is perfect for a family with a king-size bed and bunk beds, the third is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC (also accessed via the hallway) and the fourth bedroom is a single. There is also a further bathroom with a shower over hip bath and WC.

Venturing outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating, it makes a perfect spot to enjoy a charcoal BBQ or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Off-road parking for three cars can be found at the front of the property.

This house was really nice. Warm, inviting, well equipped, comfortable and well positioned. We would definitely return if we wanted to visit the area again.

We spent an excellent week in Regency house. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. The location was handy for shops, restaurants and beach - we had a really lovely holiday and would highly recommend it.

Great to have home charger for Electric Vehicle. House is so spacious we never felt on top of each other, a generously proportioned house and garden. Great for local bus services, access to coast path and the town itself. Excellent response from owners when we had queries. Great location, lovely house . The house was absolutely spotlessly clean . The beds were huge. We had such a relaxing time with the family. The welcome note and Easter Cake were a really nice touch. The weather was mixed but didn't spoil anything as there is iso much to do in the area .

Lovely house with plenty of living space for 8 people and a dog to spread out. Garden was also very good and fully enclosed, though a bit chilly to sit out. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the shops. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely big house. It was a period house but with clean and modern decor and furnishings. There was a lovely sunny enclosed garden which was a real sun-trap. It was well-equipped in the kitchen and dining room. Also was in a quiet location but less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Easy parking for 2 cars. Everything was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. It's in a great location. The owners were very welcoming when we collected the keys. We're very much looking forward to coming again.
