Located in the English Riviera town of Brixham and just a short walk from the harbour. The town has a long standing maritime history and the harbour remains the heart of it and offers visitors a choice of boat trips, from relaxing tours of Torbay, accompanied fishing trips and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do, from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.
As you enter this delightful four storey property, the hallway is the perfect place to wipe your paws and leave your walking boats behind you. To your right is the first of the three bedrooms, a light and airy room with a double bed. Following on through the property you enter in the kitchen area which comprises of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and small dining table which is perfect for the little ones of the party to enjoy their breakfast. Heading down the stairs you are greeted by the beautiful lounge/diner. The lounge is also the perfect place for relaxing, snuggled up with your favourite book or to watch a film or two on the Smart TV. Also, from the lounge you can access the enclosed rear garden area. An added extra on this floor is a separate WC and this is also where the washing machine is located. Heading up to the first floor you will find the second bedroom of the three, a king-size. Here you will also find the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading up the final set of steep cottage style stairs you will find the twin bedroom, which being set within the eaves has restricted head room.
Venture outside to the beautiful rear garden, which offers garden furniture such as a corner sofa and coffee table. Limited roadside parking available in nearby streets (subject to availability), alternatively, there are long stay public car parks located nearby and a parking permit can be purchased from the local council.
