This property has been arranged with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the views from the first floor, open-plan and with underfloor heating throughout this is a superb holiday home in the centre of this exciting seaside town. Entering through the front door, on the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with access to the outside through French doors, a  twin zip-and-link bedroom(which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) and lastly a king room with a stylish en-suite shower room with WC.  The whole house has been furnished and equipped with impeccable style. The ground floor also, has a stylish and contemporary bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. As you proceed up the stairs the glass balustrade sparkles with the low-level lighting and an impressive chandelier. The spacious lounge/kitchen/diner has been designed to provide superior comfort and views over this seaside town towards the sea. The lounge area has a corner sofa, chaise longue and Smart TV/DVD, Bluetooth speaker, games and books. The kitchen area is well-equipped and provides everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dine at the family size table or if you prefer enjoy pre-dinner drinks on the large balcony with rattan garden furniture looking out to sea.

Heading outside to the front of the property there is an enclosed private garden with patio area and private hot tub. There is also a balcony accessed from the lounge area which has sea views, and side views towards the cricket ground. The super-king-size bedroom enjoys access to the garden and hot tub through French doors. There are allocated parking spaces for two cars.

We had such a lovely break - the attention to detail in the home meant we had everything we needed for our stay. The house is situated within walking distance to all amenities and has open access to the beach. We took our dog and the home and locality is well set up to accommodate including beach access. The views from the property and balcony are Read morelovely and the hot tub and games table were an added bonus for our family break. There are a number of excellent take aways and restaurants too. Wow, Wow! Wow! What an amazing property, well equipped, beautiful location, well maintained, gardens kept neat and tidy regularly and the hot tub was regularly maintained. We liked the pool/table tennis table although we were unable to play pool as our dog doesnt like it.

The property was both stunning and homely. There were so many five star touches throughout, the hot tub being the icing on the cake! The location was perfect, close to everything without being right in the middle and with a beautiful view of the sea.

Lovely holiday home in a perfect location. The hosts left lots of useful items (dishwasher tablets, toiletries etc) as well as some treats for guests - and the ping pong / pool table and Netflix ensured plenty of fun when we were in the cottage as well as out exploring Devon. The local area has a variety of restaurants, gift shops, the beach, mini Read moregolf and a Tesco within a short walk. There's also a cricket field just across the road, we enjoyed watching a match from the balcony. Hide

This is a lovely modern property, well equipped with everything you could need. Beach, eateries and shops close by and a great base for travelling further afield. Driveway parking for two cars, a lawned area, hot tub and balcony.

We enjoyed the most lovely time here. Having used numerous different properties in North Devon this is by far the best yet! Totally dog friendly, very comfortable and well equipped. Location is perfect with a very short walk to beach, pubs, shops etc. Cannot recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return.

The position of Seaview is brilliant for views of the sea and being able to get to shops/restaurants. The fact the living area is on the first floor and the bedrooms downstairs meant we were able to enjoy the views. We cooked our Christmas lunch here and there was all the equipment we needed. A beautiful house in a wonderful location. Comfortable, clean with very nice furniture. Dining table that turns into a pool table - perfect for the rainy Devon weather. Welcome drinks & sweets were a lovely treat.

Brilliant accomodation, location was fantastic just minutes from the beach and not far from shops and restaurants. Nice private corner plot with great views from upstairs across to the sea.
