The main living space is situated on the first floor, which allows guests to enjoy the stunning views across the River Torridge from the property’s open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a split-level room, with the open plan lounge area located on the upper section. This comfortable space has a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV as well as large patio doors which give access to the spacious balcony. A few steps down, bring guests to the kitchen/diner, with the dining table, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Two of the properties bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, one of which is a double, and the other, a twin room which has zip-and-link beds which can be made up as a king on request. The ground-floor bathroom has a walk in shower and WC. The third bedroom is suitable for one guest and is located on the second floor, reached by steep cottage-style stairs. There is a double bed and plenty of storage space in this delightful room.
Outside, there is first-floor balcony located off the lounge area, with table, chairs and sun lounger from which to enjoy the river views. There is also an enclosed ,spacious garden with lawn, and a patioed seating area and BBQ. Guests can enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking on the nearby river (please note - Paddleboards and Kayaks are not provided by the owner).
