The property is an unrivalled location in Westward Ho! for accessing both the beach which is literally a stones throw away, and the village is a short level walk away and offers a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes along with a surf school and the championship golf course; Royal North Devon. The wider (Bideford) Bay includes the nearby villages of Appledore & Instow – both a very short drive away and well worth a visit.

Enter this reverse-level property on the ground floor where you will find the four bedrooms, these include two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC. The further two bedrooms consist of super-king-size zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as a twin on request). Completing the ground floor is the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the lounge/kitchen with access to two balconies, one to the front of the property and one to the rear. Relax in the lounge area with 4k Smart TV, UHD Blu-ray player and Sonos speaker after a long day of exploring. This property has potential to be first class given its views, location and outside spaces. However, it is looking/feeling rather worn and the cleaning standards are not commensurate with the costs charged. The bedrooms are rather small and the mattresses (single, pulled together) soft/uncomfortable. We had a wonderful week of weather and the beachRead more is glorious. House was lovely, great location lots of books games and items for the beach such as wind breaker body boards buckets spades fishing nets. Kitchen was well equipped. Only downside was the cleaning one of the beds had lots of dust under it. Also alot of dog hair including on the cot mattress that my grandad daughter had to sleep

Loved our stay at Jeff's Place, everything you would need is on your doorstep and the house had all the amenities you might need. We had a meal at The Pier House and would very much recommend it. What a great house for 3 couples, very well equipped and the balconies were great in the sun! Great views of the sea and Tesco Express just round the corner! Beds really comfortable and nicely decorated. Enjoyed cooking in the house and it had all you needed to self cater.

We loved the location and the house is perfect for a family holiday with kids and small dogs, we loved the beach walks and pubs and eateries close by. Very comfortable beds and would return.

Jeffs Bay house was a lovely modern house in a perfect location for Westward Ho! .It has everything you need for a family holiday with a two year old child and dogs ,three car parking spaces and enclosed rear garden and useful garage space.

Lovely house but the garden is so boggy when it rains its not suitable for dogs. Dogs arent allowed on beds or sofa so not really dog friendly. Lack of upstairs toilet was a pain but the facilities and location were great and the beds super comfy.

Had a fantastic stay at Jeff's Bay, very well equipped and spacious. Lovely views from the balcony and the secure garden was perfect for the dogs! Excellent layout to the property with off road parking. The hosts were very helpful during our stay. Great location just a few minutes wall into town and local amenities. Perfect location, we had fabulous weather which really helped. The balcony at the back was perfect to watch the superb sunsets. Well appointed, comfy and good showers. We had a fantastic week with baby and dog - house suitable for both and garden very secure.
