This stunning coastal retreat is perfectly situated within easy reach of the blue waters and golden sands of Westward Ho! famed for its’ surf, and the bustling fishing village of Appledore with quaint cobbled streets and hidden alleys filled with art and antique shops on the whimsical North Devon Coast. Whether its coast or countryside you are in the perfect spot to explore all North Devon has to offer, other beaches in the area include Croyde and Saunton Sands, perfect for sunning yourself, or why not head out to Exmoor National Park and admire the rolling views that go on for miles. Keen golfers will be in their element with the Royal North Devon Golf Club just yards away from the property. Other attractions in the area include The Milky Way Adventure Park, RHS Garden Rosemoor, Exmoor Zoo and the cobbled village of Clovelly.

As you enter this modern reverse-level property, where architecture and clever design oozes throughout, you are greeted by a large, light and airy hallway with each bedroom leading off. Both of the king-size bedrooms have TV’s, en-suite shower rooms and benefit from patio doors leading to the garden, plus one twin bedroom with a TV. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a utility room, which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. From the hallway take the stairs to the first floor where youll find the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. At one end, the contemporary kitchen, with views towards the sea, contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge, under counter freezer and dishwasher, with a dining table to seat six. After a busy day exploring, unwind in the stylish lounge area and make the most of the Smart TV and Sonos speaker system or simply open the glass doors to the balcony.

Enjoy an evening drink on the balcony or take to the enclosed lawn garden below for a breakfast or an al fresco meal. There is off road parking for two cars.

Lovely property - quite new, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The open plan living space on the upper floor of the design works really well, with the three spacious bedrooms on the lower floor. Ideally positioned in Westward Ho!

Fantastic accommodation. The grandchildren loved it and called it their upside down house. Well equipped. About 15-20 minutes from local amenities.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location this is our 3rd time stopping in Tides 45 and we love staying there its very well equipped on a small and very quiet development on the edge of the village cannot fault it

Absolutely gorgeous accommodation. Further from the sea than I had thought, but if you are a walker it is perfect. Central to many attractions along this stretch of our beautiful country's coast. Woolacombe is always worth a visit, beautiful beach. Clovelly was fascinating and even on a dull, overcast day, it was stunning. We had a wonderful day waRead morelking up to Watersmeet, should have checked with the National Trust before we went, as the tea room was shut when we got there. Hide

This is definitely the best holiday home that we have ever stayed in. A comfortable, well equipped and spacious house that has great attention to detail and is very tastefully furnished. Our accomodation was superb. It was clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped and in a fabulous location. Our kids called it "The best holiday house ever" it was a real home from home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely modern property. It was a great base for our holiday. The good weather allowed us to have daily walks on the beach, which was a 15 mins walk from the house. We also spent time relaxing in the garden. Our kind of heaven. Thank you.
