Explore the north and south coast beaches, the Eden Project, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Or you could visit the maritime city of Plymouth, home of the historic Hoe and Barbican and some fantastic shops, or the spooky ruins of Tintagel Castle. The ancient former Cornish capital of Launceston is a ten-minute drive away. It’s worth a look for its curiosity shops, arcades and pubs as well as the remnants of a castle to explore. Bring your rod and reel for a bit of coarse and river fishing.
On entering this impressive reverse-level detached barn conversion, head upstairs to the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. With its exposed beams throughout, wooden flooring, stylish lighting and underfloor heating, this is a spacious and ideal setting for enjoying your holiday. The cosy lounge area is complete with Smart TV, and you can unwind in front of the traditional wood burner, or enjoy the stunning rural views from the Juliet balcony. The attractive dining area is ideally situated and perfect whether you’re enjoying a big meal or grabbing a snack. The elegant kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay including electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a WC on this level. Heading downstairs you will find four comfy bedrooms: two king-size, one king-size with en-suite shower room with WC, and one super-king-size (made up to a twin on request) with TV and en-suite shower room. There is also a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.
Stepping outside you can unwind in the private patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. There’s also a large garden area shared with the other properties, and a play area for kids where they can have fun on the trampoline. A shared utility room is on-site which has washing machines, tumble driers and fridge/freezer.
