The village of Woolacombe has a selection of pubs and restaurants catering for all ages and tastes. For keen surfers, the nearby beaches of Croyde and Saunton are worth a visit. Golfers are also catered for with the championship golf courses of Saunton and the Royal North Devon Golf Club both within driving distance. Wander along the Tarka Trail into the seaside town of Ilfracombe with its selection of quayside restaurants and shops.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and W.C. The double and twin bedrooms at the rear of the property enjoy countryside views and you may even spot some cows if you are lucky!
Outside the attractive level garden which wraps around the property has outdoor furniture for alfresco dining in the warmer months, relax in the hot tub, as well as enough space for children to play.
